The staff was extremely helpful and so friendly to our group. We were on a cycling trip, and this was our last night. They helped us secured our bikes and assisted with us getting downtown (5min uber). The rooms were very clean and our group all slept great! We enjoyed the pool which was well maintained. I would highly recommend, and it is the only place I’ll be staying when I return.
Super clean and worth the value :) Unlike the other reviews we felt very safe and at home at this motel. Also, unlike the other reviews, the polite lady at the desk was professional and could speak both English (fluent!) and French. Pool was sooo clean and nice to cool off after a hot day. The motel has a nice feel to it and the room is just what we needed. Clean bathroom and shower. Thank you Motel Chevalier! :) <3
Excellent. All I needed: No carpet, a fridge and WiFi but no microwave. Very clean. The owners are friendly and helpful. They live right there and answer the door quickly day and night. Access is easy. There are highways close by including one going straight to the old Quebec City.
Great experience more than we expected for the $$s. pool was clean and heated, room was clean and fully functional, Maurice was amazing to everyone’s needs. Service was immediate and from what I saw everyone enjoyed their stay. We’ll be back when we do the charlebois train excursion. Thanks for the memories Maurice
